3D Printing Lab Inaugurated at LNCT Group of Colleges
3D Printing Lab is inaugurated on 10th July 2019 at LNCT Campus Raisen Road Bhopal. LNCT Group is committed to provide learning and exploring new opportunities of future technologies for its students. LNCT Group of colleges are doing this since long and moving ahead on this road map, this 3D printing lab is another step. Students can learn the 3D printing techniques in this lab and can print their prototypes as well. The use of 3D printing is increasing day by day in almost all the industries and industry is demanding that the freshers should have these skills also.
Dr. Anupam Chouksey, Secretary, LNCT Group in his presidential address said, “It’s a proud moment for us to own 3D printing lab. Students are the resource persons of this lab where they can discover themselves, innovate, execute their new ideas and work on their creativity. I urge students to make best use of this lab and i wish all the success for their future endeavors. He had motivated the students to make the best use of every hands-on-experience in the lab and advised the teachers to turn the classroom environment into a Laboratory experience of learning, as well.
After the inauguration, skill development training of 3D printing has also started. This lab is developed in collaboration with 3Dextor Education pvt. ltd.
Mr. Tushar Sharma, Manager Operations, in his presentation mentioned the need and uses of 3D printing in different industries. He, during his presentation, printed two models of a Whistle and Empire State Building.
Mr. Mukesh Narula, (IT Infra-LNCT Group) conducted the flow of inauguration. He said about different type of 3D Printing technology. OSDs, Principals, Directors, HODs and Faculty members of LNCT Group of Colleges and students were present in this inauguration ceremony. All Students of LNCT Group of colleges can use this lab for innovation and research.
