*IOT based smart IV drip system:*
Currently, in hospitals whenever a patient has been given an intravenous drip, it needs to be monitored by a nurse or any other hospital staff. If the fluid in the IV drip bottle goes below a certain level then there is a possibility that air bubbles might enter the patients’ body which can have adverse effects. As the system in place currently is not automated this risk is high. So in order to solve this problem, we have designed an IOT based iv drip system where, when the fluid in the bottle goes below the specified level or mark, then the drip stops automatically. Apart from this, the entire IV drip system is also connected to the mobile and web application which shows the amount of fluid left in the IV drip bottle. We have also provided a virtual button on the mobile application which helps in stopping the IV drip whenever required.
