Lakshmi Narain College of Pharmacy (LNCP), Bhopal, organized an Industrial Visit to Phyto Drug Pvt. Ltd., Pilukhedi as a part of the B.Pharmacy curriculum. A total of 46 students participated in the visit, gaining valuable practical exposure to the functioning of herbal crude drug processing units.
During the visit, students explored various sections of the industry and gained insights into the processing, standardization, and quality control of herbal drugs. This hands-on experience effectively bridged the gap between theoretical learning and industrial practices, thereby enhancing students’ knowledge of herbal drug technology.
The visit was organized under the guidance of Dr. Parul Mehta, Director, LNCP, and was effectively coordinated by Dr. Ashish Chaurasia along with Dr. Dilip Kumar Tiwari. The initiative aimed to strengthen students’ understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its modern practices.
