AICTE IDEA Lab, LNCTS Bhopal, successfully organized the Valedictory Function of the Six-Day Skilling Program on “Design Thinking, Innovation & Virtual Prototyping” on 13 June 2026. Conducted from 8–13 June 2026, the program provided students with hands-on training and industry-relevant exposure in Design Thinking, Innovation, Virtual Prototyping, Additive Manufacturing, Embedded Systems, IoT, Robotics, Smart Manufacturing, and Simulation-Based Product Development aligned with the concepts of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0.
The valedictory ceremony was graced by Dr. Ashok Kumar Rai, Director Administration, LNCT Group, who inspired students to embrace innovation, creativity, and problem-solving to develop impactful solutions for society and industry. The event was presided over by Dr. V. N. Bartaria, Principal, LNCTS Bhopal, who highlighted the growing importance of design thinking and innovation in engineering education and appreciated the efforts of AICTE IDEA Lab in fostering practical and experiential learning.
Dr. Yogesh Dewang, Coordinator of the Program and AICTE IDEA Lab, presented an overview of the six-day learning journey, emphasizing key outcomes such as user-centered design, ideation techniques, digital prototyping, product validation, virtual laboratory applications, 3D printing, IoT, robotics, industrial automation, and simulation-based engineering practices.
The program featured valuable sessions by distinguished experts including Dr. Megha Kamble, Prof. Priyanka Singh, and Dr. Nandita Tiwari, who enriched participants with insights into creativity, innovation methodologies, design thinking, and prototyping. The event concluded with certificate distribution, participant feedback, and interactive discussions, reaffirming the commitment of AICTE IDEA Lab, LNCTS Bhopal, to nurturing future innovators, entrepreneurs, and technology leaders.
