On 12 February 2022, Institutions innovation council (IIC), LNCT university organised an expert talk on “My Successful story entrpreneur/Startup founder” by successful Entrepreneur through Zoom meet. The Institute Innovation & Entrepreneur cell is focusing on objective-
“Fostering the spirit of entrepreneurship among college student in India & Nurturing young people with bright Ideas”.
“IIC helps students to commercialize their passion”.
The program was started by virtual lighting of lamp and welcoming of guests. The guest speaker for today’s event is ‘Dr.Santosh Pandey sir Motivational speaker National Trainer ,innovator CEO and Founder of VUT Management. The webinar was organised under the supervision of Dr. Aaradhana Chourasiya, President (IIC), Dr. Shashi Saxena, Coordinator IIC, Dr.Ankita Shrivastava Vice President (IIC) LNCTU, Bhopal. Dr. Santosh Pandey sir has explained journey for achieving success in his career. Sir has explained the different methods of problem solving in an Entrepreneurship like how to reduce depression, social problems, steps of critical thinking process by Remembering Understanding, Applying, Analyzing, Evaluating and creating.”
Sir has explained about top resume skill by Active listening, conflict resolution, creativity,risk taking,adaptivity, public speaking, Negotiation, Time management.
Sir has explained about ‘Ideation’ by adoption of changes in pattern of teaching through use of Black board to white board and now we move on to digital board. In this way we are developing innovative methods to improve teaching learning methods.
Students ask few questions related to” how to raise funds in entrepreneurship’ The faculty and students from different courses have participated.Total no of participants are 100 & through out the session participants 79 were attended till last . Students were highly motivated and inspired they were patience fully attended whole session.
The entire event was hosted by Ms.Yamini Student of B.Sc.N III yr & Student Member of IIC LNCTU and Mrs Siddhi Parmar and Mr. Chanchlesh Shrivas faculty member of IIC LNCTU.
