Industrial Visit for the D. Pharm. 1st year and 2nd year students of LNCT Pharmacy was organized on 6th Dec 2018. Students visited PARK BENZ LABORATORIES(Injectable Unit) and PARLE-G, Mandideep. Faculty Ms. Nisha Thakre and Ms. Neelima Mishra Co-ordinated the visit.
Park Benz Laboratories is engaged in manufacturing and export of Injections. In this visit Students learnt ampoule & vial filling for medicines.Students saw Preparation and process of water for injection manufacturing. Sterlization of Injection preparation was shown in details by Director R.K. Kathal.
At ParleG, Students understood the process of manufacturing of Bakery Items and biscuits considering different steps starting from Raw material to final packing. Quality control for bakery products was explained by concern supervisor. Students were shown automatic drying and packing of different bakery products of ParleG.
Students appreciated the visit and acknowledged the learning. Principal, Dr. A.K. Singhai, told that Industrial Visit is indispensable part of pharmacy students to show them and understand the real working environment and process.
