On the auspicious occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and the commencement of the Academic Session 2023-2024, LNCT Group has once again demonstrated its triumph as one of our teams from LNCT-University, named “Defense Coder”, secured the First Position along with a cash prize of ₹1,00,000. The team achieved this remarkable feat under the guidance of Dr. Prashant Chaturvedi and Prof. Priyanka Singh in the Grand Finale of “Kavach Hackathon – 2023,” a non-stop 36-hour event held at the nodal center AMC Engineering College, Bengaluru, from August 08 to August 10, 2023.
The competition was organized by MoE’s Innovation Cell, AICTE, in collaboration with the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre (I4C). The LNCT-University team presented an innovative “Chat Messenger Decryption Tool” as part of the student innovation initiative.
