LNCT group, Raisen road organised an expert lecture on ” Mind management: Science of concentration design your destiny”on 6th February 2023 in Vikram Sarabhai LNCT Seminar Hall. The lecture delivered by Eminent Speaker, Prof. E.V. Swaminathan Trainer, Teacher, Counsellor, and Consultant with a clear focus on creating a Value-Based Society.
He said “Our mind is the most powerful tool we have for the creation of good in our life, but if not used correctly, can also be the most destructive force in our life.Our mind, more specifically, our thoughts, affect our perception and therefore, our interpretation of reality; we lose control of our mind at home, work, etc.” We may start associating with the wrong crowd as a result of our restless and out of control mind and thus leaving us depressed.
In this seminar, Professor Swaminathan discussed tips on how to control the mind, how to enhance concentration, and how to live a happy and peaceful life. You made students play mind games to increase concentration and the students participated in them with enthusiasm. The session was extremely interactive and insightful Program coordinator (s) were Dr. Lisha Kurup, Dr. Anjali Tiwari, Dr. Arti Malviya, Dr Shradha Sharma. Vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Amitbodh Upadhyaya.
Indian soldiers were saluted & national anthem was sung at the end of the program. Around 200 students participated in the program.
