We are pleased to inform you that the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has launched the MeriLiFE: Massive Tree Plantation Drive 2023 as a crucial initiative to combat climate change and promote afforestation. In this endeavor, AICTE aims to plant one crore trees across the nation. To achieve this ambitious goal, we seek the participation of all students, faculty, and staff members of AICTE-approved institutions.
We kindly request each individual to plant at least one tree in their respective regions, considering its suitable utility. Moreover, you are encouraged to name the tree after the person who planted it, giving it a personalized touch. The diverse range of trees planted by our community will contribute significantly to the ecological balance and mitigate the effects of climate change.

The portal will require you to provide details such as your full name, email address, the number of trees planted, and the name of the tree species. We kindly request all institutions to maintain accurate records of the participants and upload the information onto the AICTE portal.
