The IIC Members and Innovation Ambassadors of Lakshmi Narain College of Pharmacy, Bhopal, successfully participated in the MIC-Driven sessions held from July 29, 2024, to August 5, 2024.
During these sessions, Mr. Depan Kumar Sahu, Assistant Innovation Director at the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MoE’s Innovation Cell), provided in-depth discussions on several key topics:
- The Guiding Framework for Creating and Engaging Trained Faculty and Student IIC Members, Innovation Ambassadors (IA) in IIC Institutions, and Rewarding Mechanisms for IAs.
- Strengthening IIC Linkage with ATLs (Atal Tinkering Labs) and SICs (School Innovation Councils) in Schools and the Framework for Providing Mentorship Guidance.
- Building a Pipeline of Quality Innovations and Start-ups in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) by Creating and Managing the YUKTI Innovation and IPR Repository (YIIR).
- An Orientation cum Refresher Session on the Objectives, Structure, and Operations of the Institution’s Innovation Council for IIC Institutions.
The IIC members of LNCP actively engaged in all sessions with a commitment to revolutionizing support for innovation and creativity. They gained valuable insights on developing a robust mentorship framework, aiming to foster a more integrated educational environment.
