National Mathematics Day

On the Occasion of National Mathematics Day on 22nd
Dec 2021 Institute Innovation Council (IIC) LNCT and Deptt. Of Mathematics conducted a Quiz competition on Srinivasan Ramanujan Discoveries and Contribution AND a Speech Competition on Relevance of Mathematics towards Entrepreneurial Skills Acquisition and Success at Vikram Sarabhai Seminar Hall.
During their speech, many Speaker expressed their views that one major ingredient of entrepreneurship education is mathematics and is having a great relevance for Entrepreneurship skills acquisition for success. They were having common opinion that knowledge of mathematics could positively influence the Problem solving skill, innovative skill, analytical skill, decision making skill, computational skill and creative skill for successful entrepreneurship activities. Also Mathematics is an effective way of communicating Managerial ideas.
One can succeed in life endeavors in general and particular in entrepreneurship , if they have acquired such skills based on knowledge of mathematics. Students from different branches of engineering eagerly participated and attended in the both the events in good numbers. Director Administration of the group Dr. A. K. Rai sir advised students and faculties to learn all such skills and develop themselves as per the requirements of Industry and academia, to become successful in their life. We express our heart full thanks to our Management for their consistent Motivation and Support for conducting various events successfully.
