A. Director / Principal of the Institutions

Job Summary

The Director/Principal will provide academic and administrative leadership to achieve excellence in teaching, research, and innovation. The role demands vision to position the institution as a leader in higher education, ensuring compliance with AICTE/UGC/ICAR/Central Councils norms.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic academic leadership, policy framing, and vision-setting.
  • Oversee curriculum design, accreditation, quality assurance (NBA/NAAC/NIRF).
  • Drive research, consultancy, and industry partnerships.
  • Plan and ensure effective faculty development through various Technical & Non-Technical trainings and student-centered learning.
  • Represent the institution with regulatory authorities, universities, and stakeholders.
  • Implement the LNCT Group policies, Vision and Mission with understanding of present requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ph.D. in relevant discipline with minimum 13 – 15 years of teaching/Research experience, of which at least 5 years in administrative capacity.
  • Strong publication record in Scopus/SCI-indexed in national & International journals.
  • Experience in Understanding and handling NAAC/NBA/NIRF processes.
  • Guided Ph.D. Researches as per AICTE/UGC norms (Except Paramedical).
  • Industrial exposure will be highly preferred.
  • Age as per UGC/AICTE Norms.

B. Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor

Job Summary

Responsible for teaching, mentoring, and research in the assigned discipline. Faculty members are expected to integrate modern pedagogies, digital tools, and research innovations to develop student’s technical, professional, and ethical competencies. Should be able to take part in various job roles essential for institutional progression viz. Admission Processes, Student Mentoring, Coordinating Training and Placement activities, Hackathons etc.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and labs using innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Supervise UG/PG projects and Ph.D. research scholars.
  • Publish high-quality research papers, patents, and participate in funded projects.
  • Develop MOOCs, ICT-enabled content, and contribute to curriculum design.
  • Participate in accreditation (NBA/NAAC) and ranking (NIRF) activities.
  • Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
  • Participating in activities such as Admission Processes, Student Mentoring, Coordinating Training and Placement activities, Hackathons etc.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professor: Ph.D. in relevant field with minimum 10 years’ experience (publications in Scopus/SCI).
  • Associate Professor: Ph.D. in relevant field with 8 years’ experience, including research contributions.
  • Assistant Professor: M.Tech./M.E./M.S. in relevant field (Ph.D. desirable or in progress).

Job Summary

Trainer Faculty will focus on enhancing student employability through skill development, placement preparation, and corporate training modules. Will be training students in Key Areas of Technologies and will have to take multiple responsibilities with feedback and changes suggested by industries from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training in Aptitude, Reasoning, Communication, and Technical Skills.
  • Design placement-readiness modules aligned with industry requirements.
  • Organize industry-oriented workshops, mock interviews, and career counseling.
  • Coordinate with companies for internships and placements.
  • Will be faculty in any of the running courses and will be attached to Department of Training and Corporate Relations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s/Graduate in relevant discipline.
  • 3–8 years’ experience in corporate training/placement support.
  • Exposure to corporate training tools and pedagogy.

F. Technical Trainer Faculty (Emerging Technology & Computing)

Domains: Full-stack (Python/.NET/Java), AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, Service Now, Cloud Computing and New Technologies.

Job Summary

Faculty in emerging technologies will strengthen academic and research capacity in industry 4.0 skills, cloud platforms, and full-stack development. Will be training students in Key Areas of Technologies and will have to take multiple responsibilities with feedback and changes suggested by industries from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced technical courses and labs in respective domains.
  • Guide students in capstone projects, hackathons, and start-up incubation.
  • Engage in consultancy, research, and collaboration with industry.
  • Develop training content, certifications, and MOOCs aligned with global standards.
  • Mentor students for coding competitions, GATE/NET, and certifications.
  • Will be faculty in any of the running courses and will be attached to Department of Training and Corporate Relations.
