We are excited to provide an update on the ongoing Rubicon’s “LifeSkills” Training Program which was recently held for the BCA and B.Pharma students at our college, organized by the Training and Placement (T&P) Department. This program, supported by Barclays, is currently in progress and is aimed at enhancing the employability skills of our students and preparing them for future job opportunities.
Our students have been actively participating in the 24-hour classroom training on Interview Skills, which includes a comprehensive curriculum covering essential topics such as: Organizational Structure, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Email Etiquette, Grooming, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview techniques. The sessions are being conducted by experienced Corporate Trainers who are providing valuable insights and guidance to our students.
The program also includes assessments on Group Discussion and Personal Interview performance, which will provide valuable feedback to students for their continuous improvement.
We are confident that the skills and knowledge gained through this program will significantly enhance our students’ chances of succeeding in job interviews and thriving in their professional careers.
