“Samvidhan Diwas” / Constitution Day :
Computer Science Department of LNCT&S – LNCT GROUP & IIC – LNCT&S jointly organised various activities on the eve of “Samvidhan Diwas” / Constitution Day on 25th of November 2022 to instil sense of patriotism in the students.
- Students and staff members of the college participated in Preamble reading activity.
- The students and staff members also pledged that they will respect and obey the Constitution and would leave no stone unturned to fulfill their fundamental duties.
- Talk & discussion organized & during the talk following was explained in detail ..
- Need for the constitution, History of constitution, Constituent Assembly and its role, Founding Fathers of Constitution of India, Content of Constitution of India, Interesting facts about Constitution of India, Preamble of constitution etc.
The Teacher spoke about the importance of being a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, Democratic and Republic country and read out the preamble along with the students and explained the history and story behind it.
Towards the end of the session Teacher along with the students took a pledge to reaffirm their commitment to uphold and protect the ideologies of the Constitution.
