Workshop on Entrepreneurship skills, Attitude and Behaviour Development” On 23rd, February 2023
IIC – LNCT&S in association with CSE , CY & AL departments of LNCT&S organized a Workshop on “Entrepreneurship skills, Attitude & Behaviour Development” on 23rd February 2023. This workshop was organised for VIth Sem. students . The guest speaker Professor (Dr.) Ajit Upadhyaya, Director, Prestige Institute of Management, Dewas enlightened our students with immense knowledge on entrepreneurship by sharing his experiences and highlighting the varied skills and competencies required to be a successful entrepreneur.
The speaker also threw light on how attitude and behaviour of a person affect their entrepreneurial development. About 96 students participated in the event.
Learning Outcomes: This workshop helped students in gaining knowledge about crucial entrepreneurial skills. This will help them to develop their skills, competencies and behavior to successfully select and start their own entrepreneurial venture. Students learnt the importance of knowing self and others as a first step to develop required skills and competencies which are essential for being an entrepreneur.
The main objective behind this event is to spark the entrepreneurial spirit in budding innovators by guiding them on how to convert their Innovative Ideas and emerge as successful Entrepreneurs. Becoming an entrepreneur is an important career decision, and to plunge into this domain requires the right skill set, attitude, and behaviour. This will be a very informative and helpful session for the students for their career growth
