World Water Day Groundwater Making The Invisible Visible

World Water Day is  Celebrated on 22nd March 2022,  Quest Nature Club of LNCT GROUP celebrated World Water Day on the eve of WWD22 with the theme “Groundwater : Making The Invisible Visible ” with  aim to create awareness about the importance of freshwater amongst the students, parents and community members. World Water Day is an annual United Nations observance day that is held on the 22nd of March to raise awareness on the importance of water for the planet. The day is used to highlight the need for the Sustainable Management of freshwater resources, access to water, hygiene facilities and sanitation all across the world. Professor (Dr.) Amitbodh Upadhyaya narrated the importance of the day to the students and enlightened them about the current water crisis, where millions of  people are living without a pure drinking water supply. The teachers and students celebrated this day  by speech giving competitions on the topic of ‘How to control wastage of water’ and “Recent advancement in Water Conservation Technology” .
